Rage Against the Magic Sand, was founded in 2026, by Miek Gieben to fund open source DNS development of atomdns and Go DNSv2.

We also want to make a local first (maybe federated?) cloud a possibility. Giving control, and privacy back to people. See the Uncloud project for how we are helping to do that.

The DNS Go package development is funded by Nominet’s DNS Fund.
